Impact Private Clients provides bespoke concierge and coordination support for clients who value discretion, responsiveness and the convenience of having a trusted point of contact.

Our role is not to become involved in every aspect of a client's life. It is to be available when something requires trusted coordination, specialist sourcing or simply someone reliable to take ownership of the requirement.

Bespoke Personal Assistance

Private client requirements vary considerably, which is precisely why a concierge relationship should not be defined by a rigid menu of services.

Depending on the circumstances, we may assist with:

International travel and accommodation arrangements
Specialist reservations and hospitality
Family travel requirements
Personal and specialist sourcing
Relocation coordination
Introductions to trusted professionals and service providers

Where specialist expertise is required, we identify and coordinate with appropriate professional partners rather than attempting to provide services outside our competence.

One Point of Contact

Complexity often comes not from the individual requirement, but from the number of people involved in delivering it.

A family travelling internationally may simultaneously require accommodation, transportation, reservations, local assistance and arrangements for children or other family members.

Individually, each requirement may be straightforward.

Managing all of them together is not always so.

Impact can act as a central coordinating point, helping to bring the different elements together while allowing the client to remain focused on what matters to them.

The value is not simply arranging things. It is reducing the client's need to manage them.

Trusted Sourcing

Private clients are often less interested in having endless choices than in knowing which choices can be trusted.

When a client requires a specialist provider, an unusual item or a particular service, our approach is to identify credible options through established relationships and appropriate research.

We do not claim to know everyone or to be able to obtain everything.

Where a request cannot be handled credibly, safely or appropriately, we will say so.

That judgement is part of the relationship.

Discretion by Design

Some requests are routine. Others are highly personal.

In either case, we recognise that clients may not want details of their arrangements shared unnecessarily across numerous providers.

Information is therefore handled discreetly and shared only as required to explore or execute an authorised request.

We determine whether we can assist directly, through our relationships or by coordinating an appropriate specialist.

Our role may include sourcing, introductions, arrangements, coordination and ongoing oversight through to completion.
